Welcome to the UK West Coast

As a team, we strive to achieve our goals through a collaborative approach, which will support your personal opportunities and development, whilst maintaining our Guiding Principles and key values.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading teams of technicians carrying out scheduled and reactive maintenance and ensuring a consistent high level of quality, efficiency, and safety across all our assets
  • assisting the site operations team by gathering and feeding back as much information to improve our first-time fix rate
  • maintaining and following the safety procedures and reporting any conditions, hazardous observations, and incidents in the HSE management system
  • promoting utilisation and upskilling across our various platforms within the West Coast region UK
  • diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical turbine components.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have extensive knowledge and troubleshooting experience of the Vestas V164 platform
  • have proven team leadership skills, are approachable, and a capable communicator with your team and other stakeholders
  • can provide technical feedback and guidance to other members of our team to share learnings and peer development
  • have a positive, proactive, and systematic approach to your daily tasks.

Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
