Origination Graduate

The Ørsted Global Graduate Program is designed to unleash your potential. The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Program consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • conducting market research including price data, identifying new requests for proposal (RFPs), and tracking wind and solar market trends.
  • preparing RFP responses for utility and corporate PPAs ensuring our proposals are competitive and aligned with market demands
  • reviewing contracts identifying key terms for internal stakeholder and legal review
  • coordinating with teams internally for presentations and RFP responses, including finance, risk, asset management, energy assessment and legal
  • coordinating with internal project stakeholders to communicate important development risks and financial metrics.

To succeed in this role, you:

  • have a Bachelor’s, Master’s degree or equivalent experience in field related to energy, environment, sustainability, finance, economics, engineering, public policy or other related disciplines by September 2, 2025
  • A maximum of 1 year of full-time, relevant work experience between your Master's completion and 2 September 2025 OR a maximum of 1-2 years of full-time, relevant work experience between your Bachelor’s completion and 2 September 2025
  • have interest in learning more about energy markets, particularly onshore wind and solar
  • have great interpersonal skills to collaborate with individuals internally and externally
  • have solid oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create written proposals and presentations
  • have flexibility to take on new projects and willingness to adapt existing skills and knowledge to meet organizational needs.

While we imagine you must have completed a degree by 2 September 2025, in a range of disciplines, we are also open to candidates with transferable skills, relevant experiences , or different qualification.
