Administration
Senior Master Data Specialist
Imagine a future where you'll be responsible for some of Bioenergy’s crucial plant maintenance processes and master data to support our digital journey
Join us in this role where you’ll be a key driver of the journey towards world-class operations and maintenance in our Bioenergy area. You’ll help create a solid foundation of master data for our materials and plant maintenance areas and deliver support on these topics to the end users in our power plants. Our mission is to strengthen and support processes for Bioenergy’s power plants, and our vision is that our digital products and processes are fully adopted in the organisation.
Welcome to Digitalisation & Technology
You’ll be part of the SAP support group in the Digital Products and Processes team where you, together with your colleagues, will contribute to the Bioenergy area operating some of the world's most flexible, green, and efficient combined heat and power (CHP) plants. Our locations are hubs within the Danish energy infrastructure. Bioenergy further contributes to the green agenda by driving and supporting the work with Carbon Capture, Power-to-X, and other new green energy solutions. That makes Bioenergy essential to realising Ørsted's vision of creating a world that runs entirely on green energy. As a team, we value an open dialogue and helping each other out. We continuously improve our master data and strive to reach a high level of data quality, while also giving a helping hand to the end-users in our plants.
You’ll play an important role in:
- being the main responsible for delivering material process and material master data to Ørsted’s power plants
- supporting the business with documentation of important materials
- creating and changing master data objects in plant maintenance, e.g. functional locations, equipment, bills of material, and maintenance plans
- supporting the purchasing and warehouse departments in the power plants
- forming a part of our ERP support team that’s anchored in the business and supports colleagues in the power plants
- supporting mass creation and changing of master data.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are fluent in Danish to interact with our mostly Danish-speaking colleagues in the power plants but are also capable of speaking English if necessary
- focus on details and are willing to pursue tasks until they’re fully solved
- possess excellent communication and analytical skills
- have knowledge of a digital ERP system at super user level, and if you have experience with operations and maintenance processes, that’s a great advantage
- are eager to understand business processes and the importance and quality of correct master data
- want to be part of the daily support of end users in our power plants, which includes both physical presence in the power plants and request handling by mail and phone.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
