QHSE
Graduate for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Supply Chain Performance
Step into a career where you’re part of driving world-class quality, health, safety, and environment (QHSE) performance in partnership with our supply chain
The Ørsted Global Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential. We offer you an intense two-year developmental journey where you’ll learn from experts within your field and get diverse project experience, develop transferable skills, and build a strong cross-functional network with other talents.
The graduate journey
Our Global Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
You’ll be part of delivering a performance management framework that enables Ørsted to effectively incentivise our supply chain to continually improve. You’ll build a foundation of knowledge about QHSE supplier performance management by developing a commercial focus on strategic supplier management and performance, followed by obtaining in-field operational experience. This will give you a combined commercial and operational focus on QHSE contract implementation and performance management.
You’ll play an important role in:
- maintaining our QHSE supplier performance management system
- performing timely reporting to business stakeholders to ensure that risk is effectively communicated with supporting data
- supporting colleagues in generating the necessary background information for developing supplier improvement plans
- investigating innovative ideas for capturing, storing, and disseminating supplier QHSE performance data
- working with the business performance management teams to ensure supplier QHSE data is reflected in our established KPI landscape.
To succeed in this role, you:
- have completed a master's degree in risk management, performance management, supply chain management, engineering, or a related field by 1 September 2025
- have a maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience between your master's completion and 1 September 2025
- have demonstrable skills in stakeholder management and communication
- have technical knowledge and skills in establishing and working with databases and reporting outputs in systems such as Power BI
- can analyse and report data
- take a strong problem-solving approach
- have strong communication skills and are fluent in both spoken and written English.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
