Student Assistant

Join us in this role where you’ll support and enhance the performance of our facilities and real estate, making them attractive, productive, and fit-for-purpose. You’ll contribute to our global growth by analysing and ensuring the flexibility of our real estate portfolio, increasing transparency, and streamlining the administration of our Facility Management area. Collaborating with business managers in Global Real Estate and Workplace Management, you will analyse data and suggest possible actionable improvements to be implemented locally.

You’ll be part of the Global Real Estate & Workplace Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will work to enhance the attractiveness of our workplace based on best practices and alignment with our brand and values. Development & BI is a strategic department of four people within Global Real Estate & Workplace Management, supporting internal demands and processes that are being digitalised for global application.
As a team, we have a trusting and open work environment, where everyone has influence on the department's tasks and contributes to our common results.
You’ll play an important role in:
- supporting data analysis and reporting for various real estate and workplace projects
- assisting in the digitisation of internal processes for global application
- collaborating with business managers to identify and implement actionable improvements locally
- increasing transparency and efficiency within the Facility Management area
- contributing to the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management
- participating in project work that spans across different markets and countries.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree within Business, Finance, IT, or similar
- have basic experience with data management and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, or similar
- are an experienced user of MS Power Point and MS Excel
- have strong analytical skills
- possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team
- are proactive and encouraged with the ability to ”make things happen”.
