Lead QHSE Specialist

Join us in this role where you’ll take full responsibility for two core environmental programmes and act as an internal project manager to further strengthen all the environmental aspects of our business management system. Your responsibilities will range from executive reporting to assisting employees.

You’ll be part of QHS Improvement where you, together with your colleagues, will support and drive continuous improvement activities across the company. Collaboration is key as our team creates outputs to be used by others, and for this reason we need to ensure that our colleagues are involved and engaged at an early stage.
You’ll play an important role in:
- driving the programme for resource management
- driving the programme for energy efficiency
- developing the programme implementation validation model
- managing internal projects
- promoting collaboration through simplification and digitalization of internal processes, e.g., through Sharepoint, Synergi, SAP, and other standard applications.
To succeed in the role, you:
- are self-driven and ambitious
- have extensive experience with environmental management and MS office (incl. Sharepoint) and QHSE performance monitoring.
