The Graduate journey
Our Graduate Programme consists of two-three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, be responsible for your own assignments and be engaged in our day-to-day business decisions.

You’ll get the opportunity to work in all facets of the HR department over the course of the program. You’ll rotate from centres of excellence and generalist functions, including, but not limited to, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations, so that you’ll have a well-rounded understanding and knowledge of the HR role in the business.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • administering recruitment activities such as posting jobs and advertisements, scheduling interviews, updating the recruitment system, etc.
  • handling questions and requests from managers, candidates, and talent acquisition partners
  • providing partnership and coaching to people managers to positively impact the motivation, development, and retention of talent
  • collaborating across peer groups, specifically individuals within recruiting, learning, and development to optimize the acquisition, integration, and development of our talent
  • assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR department and support HR ad-hoc projects as needed
  • working to support administration, communication, policy, partnering, and project work.
To succeed in this role, you:

  • have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, e.g., communication or phycology
  • are a problem-solver with the ability to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision
  • have great organizational skills and attention to detail
  • are able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • are able to work independently and collaborate as part of a dynamic, fast-paced team.
