Security Compliance Specialist

Imagine a future where you play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our global physical security compliance structure.

Join us in this role where you’ll support the Security Compliance Lead in implementing the security compliance program. You’ll be responsible for maintaining governance, advising, and training Security Advisors in compliance work, documentation, and audit procedures.

Welcome to Global Security
You’ll be part of the Security Risk & Compliance team where you, together with your colleagues, will monitor, document, and report the status of compliance, develop and maintain compliance procedures, and ensure a comprehensive and up-to-date overview of risk, regulatory, and standardized requirements.

As a team, we value collaboration, proactive problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • developing, rolling out, and maintaining the global physical security compliance structure
  • monitoring, documenting, and reporting the status of compliance
  • ensuring quality assurance of the compliance landscape and status
  • assessing and translating requirements into security measures
  • following up on missing reporting and taking corrective actions in case of non-compliance
  • keeping abreast of relevant trends and developments, and staying up to date on new regulations, standards, and risks.

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have extensive relevant experience working with and driving compliance programs within Risk Management, Security Management, or related areas in a global company
  • demonstrate a strong understanding of and experience with industry regulations and standards
  • have experience with the implementation of compliance programs and systems, as well as, driving change processes in a multinational organization
  • are proactive, analytical, and structured
  • possess excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
  • are fluent in Danish and English.
