Ørsted’s culture is set up so people have freedom. Freedom to plan their own work; to come up with their ideas; to bring forward whatever thought they have. To speak up if there’s anything that they’d like to address and also give feedback to me, if needed, or to anyone in the senior management team, either here or in Denmark. We try to have an informal culture where there is no formal hierarchy, so everybody can speak to each other without being afraid of being penalized.
