Join us in this role where you’ll Join us in this role where you’ll lead a team of four experienced account managers and drive strategic sales initiatives across a portfolio of B2B customers in Denmark. You’ll be responsible for delivering commercial success, shaping our sales methodologies, and collaborating across functions to align our offerings with market needs.

You’ll be part of Account Management team where you, together with your colleagues, will will set the direction for how we manage and serve customer Account Management. Further you’re expected to develop routes to market for new business and contribute to the strategic direction of our sales organization. In this role, you will also be part of our B2B Sales Management team and report directly to our Sales & Marketing Director.

You’ll play an important role in:

  • leading and developing our team of account managers based in Gentofte, fostering collaboration and performance
  • manage a diverse B2B customer portfolio in the Danish market, ensuring strong client relationships and customer success
  • drive new business development and implement effective sales strategies
  • help the team negotiate with existing clients and identify new commercial opportunities in collaboration with our customers
  • collaborate with Product and Commercial Excellence teams to align offerings with market needs
  • contribute to strategic direction and embed sales methodologies as part of the B2B sales management team.

 

To succeed in the role, you:

  • have proven record of solid background in B2B sales with +5 years of experience
  • are fluent in both Danish and English, written and spoken
  • poses experience in managing bonus and compensation models
  • have well developed skills in implementing sales methodologies and driving performance
  • are collaborative team player who inspires and motivates others
  • bring empathy and a strong sense of social contribution to the team.
